Then I visited Leigh's site also in the Usambara's. Her school is located on the top of the world. Makes playing ball games kind of difficult.

Later during break I had a chance to visit Liv's site on the hot, dusty plains of Tanzania.
My visit was during the rainy season, so the trees and grasses are green. Still it hadn't rained for a few days and water was hard to come by.

I also made it to the region of Mbeya to visit Anita and Linda. Linda's site is a pretty typical Peace Corps site, by Anita lives in the big city of Mbeya and teaches at technical training college. She lives on the fourth floor of an appartment complex! The picture above was taken near Linda's site on our way to see a waterfall.
On my way to Dar es Salaam, my bus broke down. So we sat on the road underneath the baobab trees for 5 hours waiting for a working bus to arrive.
